Orders shipped within Canada should arrive within 1-7 business days.
Shipments may require extra shipping charges not shown on a web invoice. If this is the case for a given product it will be listed on the product page. This is a rare occurrence and applies to shipments of excessive weight or volume, which requires shipping to be calculated manually. You will be contacted to agree with any changes in shipping charges.

Please contact CAPTAIN SPORTS if the item is damaged within 48 hrs after order received. All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
* Products must be in original condition and complete packaging.
* Products must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, part and accessories to ensure credit.
* Products must be shipped back to Captain Sports at the customers' expense.
* All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer.
* Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
* Prior to returning the item please contact us for confirmation.
* Captain Sports is not responsible for shipping, handling, or other additional charges for return items.
* All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Captain Sports. These returns must be approved by The Captain Sports and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* Custom embroidery or heat transfer is not a refundable or exchangeable item.

While it is very rare, sometimes shipments are damaged during transit. Claims for damaged goods take time and proper documentation. Damaged or shorted shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment in order to start the claim process. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect the shipment in its entirety before signing off on the shipment. In the rare case, there is damage or a shortage it must be clearly noted and signed for by the driver as well as the receiver on the delivery paperwork. The paperwork must be submitted along with photos within the 48 hours time frame.
Failure to provide the necessary documents will result in an incomplete claim and will not be accepted by the delivery company.

If you order a product which is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if you wish a substitute size or item. If you would prefer to wait for the item to arrive, we are happy to accommodate backorders.
